Terms of Service — HL Architect

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using HL Architect ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is a HighLevel Marketplace application operated by Rocket Digital Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service

HL Architect is an AI-powered CRM configuration tool that helps HighLevel users set up custom fields, custom values, tags, pipelines, calendars, custom objects, and associations within their HighLevel sub-accounts. The App operates within the HighLevel platform via OAuth-authorized API access.

3. Account and Access

Access to the App requires an active HighLevel account. You authenticate by installing the App through the HighLevel Marketplace. We do not create separate user accounts — your HighLevel identity is your identity within the App.

4. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

The App requires you to provide your own Anthropic API key to use AI features. Your API key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and is only decrypted at the moment of use. We never log, display, or share your API key. You are responsible for all charges incurred on your Anthropic account through use of the App.

5. HighLevel API Access

By installing the App, you authorize us to access your HighLevel sub-account data through the HighLevel API using OAuth 2.0 tokens. We access only the scopes required for the App's functionality, including custom fields, custom values, tags, pipelines, calendars, custom objects, and associations. We do not access or store contact personal data beyond what is necessary for CRM configuration.

6. Pricing and Billing

The App is billed at $15 per month per location through the HighLevel Marketplace billing system. Billing is managed entirely by HighLevel. Refunds are subject to HighLevel Marketplace policies.

7. Data Modifications

The App creates, modifies, and deletes configuration data in your HighLevel sub-account (custom fields, values, tags, pipeline stages, calendars, custom objects, and associations). These changes are made at your direction through the editor interface or AI assistant. You are responsible for reviewing changes before building them to your account. We are not liable for unintended configuration changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, misconfiguration of your HighLevel account, or charges incurred on your Anthropic account. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time through the HighLevel Marketplace. Upon uninstallation, we delete your OAuth tokens, encrypted API key, and cached data from our systems. Configuration changes already made to your HighLevel account persist after uninstallation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App interface.
