Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using HL Architect ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Product is operated by Rocket Digital Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Product.

2. Description of Product

HL Architect provides structured API reference systems ("Skills") for use with Claude Code. Skills are digital knowledge products delivered as private GitHub repositories containing endpoint documentation, code patterns, authentication guides, and protective hooks for the HighLevel (GoHighLevel) API.

3. Account and Access

Paid tiers are delivered via private GitHub repositories. Upon purchase, you receive a collaborator invite to the repository(ies) corresponding to your tier. A GitHub account is required. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.

4. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased Skill files on your own machines for your own projects. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share the paid Skill content. The Free tier is publicly available and not subject to these restrictions.

5. Pricing and Billing

Skills are sold as one-time purchases at tiered pricing: Free ($0), Pro ($49), and Enterprise ($97). Tiers are additive — Pro requires Free, Enterprise requires Free + Pro. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Upon successful payment, you receive immediate access to the corresponding private GitHub repository(ies).

6. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All sales are final. Because Skills are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase via GitHub repository access, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased content, contact us at support@hlarchitect.ai and we will work to resolve it promptly.

7. Updates and Support

Paid tiers include lifetime access to updates pushed to the repository. We are not obligated to provide updates on any specific schedule. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use the Skills to build integrations with the HighLevel API for yourself or your clients. You may not use the Skills to create a competing product that repackages our documentation or reference material for resale.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to API changes by HighLevel, data loss, or misconfiguration of your accounts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke repository access if you violate these terms, including redistribution of paid content. Upon revocation, you must delete all copies of the paid Skill files from your systems.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
